Selection Process

Admission to the UG program is based on score obtained in previous qualified exam.

Admission to the PG program is based on score obtained in entrance exam.

Application Fee for UG (Non Refundable): Rs. 300/-

Application fee for PG (Non Refundable): Rs. 500/-

To apply online candidates are required to visit the university website and click on “APPLY ONLINE” button.

Read the instructions carefully and then click on “PROCEED” button.

Fill up personal details and then click on “NEXT” button.

Then go for “COURSE CHOICE” and give your preferences as per your choice. 

Then click on “NEXT” button.

Then fill up “ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION” and click on “NEXT” button.

Then upload documents and click on “NEXT” button.

Then fill up the payment option details and then click on “ I Agree” before final  submission of the form. 

Candidate  can take a downloaded copy of the online submitted application form for  personal reference.

The hard copy of the online submitted application form is not  required to be submitted in the university counter

Total fees for admission

Three passport size colour photographs.

Following Original Documents are to be retained by the University Authority:

School/College Leaving Certificate issued by the Institution last attended.

Conduct Certificate issued by the Institution last attended.

Migration Certificate, if any

Undertaking form (Anti-ragging form) available in the Prospectus.

Following Original Documents are to be returned by the University Authority to the applicant after the admission process is over.

Mark sheet of the +2 Council Examinations

Pass Certificate of the same examination

Certificate in respect of Reservation, if any

Certificate in respect of Weightage, if any

 

Documents required at the time of admission for PG Course

a) Original and photocopy of Certificates & Mark sheet starting from 10th (Matriculation) onwards in support of their qualification.

b) Total fees for admission (To be paid in the UCO Bank, Budharaja, G.M. University, Sambalpur Campus in Cash).

c) Three passport size colour photographs

d) Original School/College Leaving Certificate issued by the Institution last attended.

e) Original Conduct Certificate issued by the Institution last attended.

f) Original Migration Certificate, if any

g) Undertaking form (Anti-ragging form) available in the Prospectus.

h) Original and Photocopy of Certificates in respect of Reservation, if any
