Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MA in Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Indian national applicants must hold Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% aggregate in any relevant discipline. Minimum 45% aggregate is required from SC / ST / PwD category students. Foreign nationals must have a CGPA of 4 on a 5 point scale and 8 on a 10 point scale. Students in their final year of study are eligible to apply. Only those admissions would be final where students submit their final marksheets to secure their seat. Selection Criteria International Candidates: They would be selected based upon their applications by the faculty members. Domestic Candidates: They have two strages as follows: STAGE I: Written Admission Test at IIFT Delhi. Applicants would be called for an objective aptitude test and a descriptive type test. Qualifying which will decide their entry to the final round. STAGE II: Final Selection Upon qualifying for the first stage, the applicants will be shortlisted to appear for an interview at IIFT Delhi campus for final screening. |

Please note that Category once filled by the candidate in his / her online application, will not be changed under any circumstances.
Candidates can apply for IIFT MBA(IB) 2021-23 through “Online” mode only.
Submission of Online Application Form may be done through NTA website https://iift.nta.nic.in.
The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
Follow the steps given below to Apply Online:
Step-1: Apply for Online Registration using unique Email ID and Mobile No.
Step-2: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application No.
Step-3: Upload scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph (file size: 10 kb - 200 kb), Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb) and Copy of Certificate indicating Category and/or Subcategory, as applicable. (PwD) (file size: 50kb -300kb). All documents uploaded should be in JPG/JPEG format.
Step-4: Pay fee using ICICI/PAYTM Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI/PAYTM and keep proof of fee paid. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee then the transaction is cancelled, and amount will be refunded to the candidate’s account. However, the candidate has to make another transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.
Download save and print copies of Confirmation Page after successful remittance of fee and keep copies safely for future reference.
Mode of Admission for Foreign Nationals/NRI Candidates
A separate on-line window for NRIs/Foreign nationals only will be opened from prescribed date for submission of their application. NRIs/Foreign nationals may submit theirapplications and pay the fee on-line during that period.
Documents to be Submitted Along with Application Form( For NRIs and Foreign Nationals only)
• Filled in CV Form.
• Copy of latest GMAT score certificate.
• Attested copy of all academic mark-sheets/certificates (Class X, XII & Graduation).
• Copy of all Passport pages having official entries.
• An undertaking that the candidate has not appeared for any MBA entrance examination for the academic year 2021-22 examination such as CAT/XAT/IIFT, etc.
• Two letters of recommendation(s), preferably, one of these should be written by a current supervisor or manager. The second one should be from someone who is in a position to evaluate the applicant’s professional performance as well as his / her managerial and leadership potential. No letter of recommendation should be written by immediate family members, e.g. parents, grandparents, siblings or spouse.
• The Indian nationals who are living, working, studying abroad should produce with application a certificate from the Indian Embassy / High Commission / Consulate of the country where the candidate is currently based, stating that the candidate has been resident in that country continuously for a period of not less than 18 months

Mode 2: Demand Draft - Applicant has to get a DD made in favour of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF FOREIGN TRADE, payable at NEW DELHI, since the candidate is required to fill in the details of the Demand Draft in the online application form.
