Application forms can be bought from the College in person on payment of Rs.250/-for PG; through post, by sending a Demand Draft in favour of “Principal, TBAK College for Women, Kilakarai – 623 517” for Rs.300/- along with the Requisition Letter or can be downloaded from this site.

Photocopies of the following should be enclosed along with the filled in application form: 

a) Qualifying examination mark sheet. 

b) Community Certificate 

c) Transfer Certificate 

d) Conduct Certificate 

e) Physical Fitness Certificate
